Extremely rude receptionist! I asked if they took MO health net. The woman yelled at me no we don't. And then hung up on me. I would never go here or would I suggest them to anyone else.
The receptionist (Susan) is SO RUDE. I didn't even finish filling out my paperwork, and I had to walk out. I should have known better just from my initial phone call to make my appointment. Go ahead, call – you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. I hope Dr.Kessler reads these reviews; she is NOT someone I would want representing my business.
