We own a place in Calgary and Kimberley, while in Kimberley I lost a screw out of my progressive sunglasses. We stopped in to see if a screw could be replaced, where I was told there is a $10 charge to look at my glasses because they were not purchased from this store. I have worked at a small town optometrists office for over 10 years and we NEVER EVER charge to do minor repairs on ANYONE'S glasses.
