I have been seeing Kim for years now. She is so attentive and very diligent with my symptoms. I have never feeled ignored or not taken seriously. She is a wonderful NP and I prefer her to many doctors. I would recommend her to anyone.

She was extremely unhelpful. I went into her office with a simple request for a referral so I could hopefully be seen by a psychiatrist sooner, rather than having to wait months on end. She didn’t listen to a single thing I said. She heard I had bipolar disorder and was unmedicated and tried to shove inpatient and outpatient treatment down my throat. Referred to her by my doctor’s office (while she is on medical leave/likely retired) to continue care for a chronic condition, as she’s in the same building. Made an appt. She had someone call me back to say she wouldn’t see me/ even consider continuing my medication (been managing my symptoms at night with it, as needed, for 2 decades) as she didn’t agree it was the right medication for my condition. Without talking with me or meeting me. Or speaking with my neurologist who ordered it. Very frustrating.
