Very helpful. They have a good selection of bearings, U bolts, brake shoes. The guy didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions as I was fixing my own caravan brakes. He gave me his time and knowledge for free. Got me some spare bearings for the Gibb river road trip also. 5 stars mate!! thanks again
I was told that this guy is very knowledgeable about anything to do with trailers but he can be grumpy, well not grumpy at all but VERY busy! In between his work he was able to help me twice! Very friendly and know his stuff! Will go back there if in the neighbourhood and I need help with my caravan!
We tried contacting Cameron over the last few weeks, no response to either messages, emails or ph calls. We ended up going to another service centre and am exceptionally happy with their work and responses. Kimberley trailer repairs are very unreliable.
We were let down by another company for our 20k service on our caravan, prior to taking on the Gibb. We were really dropped in it and the guys here went above and beyond to help us. I wish we'd come these guys first! Thanks so much!
