The dental wort took a fair amount of time but was well worth it in the end. For the first time in a long time I'm not ashamed to smile 😁
Alicia took my tooth out and replaced it with another. I slept through the whole thing with just a local anaesthetic.This dentist has a perfect,gentle touch and is a brilliant practitioner.

The service and settlement process took a long time. I was seen by 3 doctors in 3 appointments to settle the issue and there was no understanding between them even though they are in the same building. The x-ray that was done on the first date was not available afterwards. They refused to send it to me and said that if needed it would be there but... it was not in any file. I think it is also unjustified
I recently left this practice after many years due to the way the reception manager dealt with my concerns over my recent past treatment (only 3.5 months prior) & myself attempting to ascertain a way forward for possible work / assessment on the issue. I should say at this point I was unsure what this would have been & indeed if it was from previous work or a new issue.
