Yesterday my friend when into the doctors to get her ear cleaned out, after being referred from the urgent care next door. While at reception the receptionist declined my friends attempt to book in, saying that she didn’t need to have her ears cleaned and that she needed to go away and use ear drops for a week (she is just a receptionist ?) My friend went back in 5 minutes later to speak to another receptionist who was friendly and booked her in straight away. Fantastic service from the all the staff at the Urgent Care Clinic! Reception staff kept me updated with my wait time - very professional and accommodating. Not used to this attentive service in Broome - these guys have really got it together. Big thank you and would highly recommend their services.
Went into the Kimberley Medical Group to get a new script for my son for an EPI Pen on Tuesday, the doctor said he wasn’t sure what EPI pen he should give a script for (youth or adult) so said for me to go to the pharmacy to check and he would send me an Escript by text, so bizarre! Not sure why he couldn’t call the pharmacy himself or even google it. I went immediately to the pharmacy and called back within the hour to give him the information. Very unhelpful and dismissive doctors. Had to submit a report for negligence. Do not recommend at all.
Unhelpful reception staff who told me I had an outstanding bill for no attendance from 2023. I told he that can’t be right. I asked for more information like what time this appointment was supposed to be so I could check my calendar she responded I’m terminating this call you should Email the practice and hung up. The worst part is their email is not on their website and you can’t google it.
