Yesterday, I had to visit the clinic for an emergency. The doctor on duty was exceptionally attentive and caring. She took the time to ensure that I understood everything about the necessary treatment and provided clear guidance on how to follow up with my issue. I’m a taxpayer in the City of Kimberley but this Clinic refuses to see me or my family because I’m a seasonal resident of the community. TERRIBLE! This is in fact against the law as it is a federal requirement that anyone can assess medical care at any medical clinic in Canada. DON’T COME TO KIMBERLEY FOR VACATION AS YOU WILL BE REFUSED SERVICE, IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE TO NEED IT!
