Kimberley garage came to my rescue when I was on holiday and had a major leak of brake fluid. They fixed my car and the price was a lot less than I had anticipated. I don’t live locally but if I did I would always use them

Very rude blonde troll looking lady at the front desk was trying to explain about the issue I was having with the car didn’t seam interested what so ever couldn’t take my registration down properly maybe Illiterate too and struggle with taking down my phone number I did not take my car to them in the end due to the poor customer service maybe some customer training required

I brought my car in at 8:30 AM for a compressor replacement, expecting that the job would be started promptly or at least that I’d be kept informed. I waited hours with no updates, and eventually had to call them myself at 1 PM — only to find out that my car had just been sitting there for most of the day. Instead of working on the compressor as agreed, they carried out a diagnostic scan I never asked for or approved, and are now charging me £80 for it.
