Dr. Ma listens attentively, shows concern for my issues, and offers appropriate treatments. She took the time to discuss several secondary issues I'd listed on my form.
Dr. Ma saw me the same day I called with a possible infected sore. She was thorough and extremely compassionate. She was kind and friendly-a true asset to my care team.
Dr.Ma became my PCP after my old one left Sutter. After a couple visits and getting to know each other I liked her style, she wasn’t rushed and takes her time to listen to all my issues and gives detailed answers. I never feel rushed or that I didn’t get quality care.
She is the best family doctor I have ever had. She takes care of me with a lot of patience and compassion.
