I don't think you can find a more detailed doctor than Dr. Bauman. She may strike you as quiet but that's because she actually listens. Highly recommend, you'd be lucky to have her as your Doctor.

I would recommend not seeing this doctor unless you are within a "normal" BMI range (even though, as the rest of us very well know, BMI is not an accurate indicator of health and doesn't take into account muscle mass, bone density, etc. and was just used as a way to easily calculate body sizes of large groups of people in the past). Any concern you bring up will always circle back to the fact that you're "fat" and that must be what your problem is. You're either fat or anxious or both. Couldn't possibly be anything else.
