Dr. Bauman is the BEST!!!! I trust her with my health & well being. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She's been my doctor now for over 12 years.
My mom and I have been seeing doctor Bauman for 2 years . I highly recommend her . She always take extra care for her patient . She look at our lab work details and pay attention to them . She always take time to explain or answer to my mom and I question . Always follow up to lab results and email to reply with my concern about health issues.
Dr. Bauman listens and doesn't try to talk over you, she partners with you to find a solution. She is knowledgeable and supportive and I would highly recommend.
I do not personally see Dr Bauman,however, some of my members that I support do. She is amazing with all of them! She sees past their disabilities and gets to know them as individuals. Dr Bauman not only works well with the members but also with the staff that provide daily care to them.
I was able to get in to the Mercy Urbandale Clinic right before New Years holiday for my health issue. I did not want to wait to get medicine for my health issue so was so happy when I could get in to see a doctor. I was glad that Dr. Bauman did the necessary tests and I was able to get a prescription. I was impressed by Dr. Bauman and she is an asset to Mercy Urbandale. I have only seen Dr. Bauman the one time but I am a patient at the Mercy Urbandale Clinic. Thank you

I've seen Dr.Bauman since she first started at Mercy. When I first saw her she was very good at listening to my concerns and addressing them. The last time I seen her, I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen for a open sore that had developed on my arm only for her to spend less than 5 minutes on me. Told me it was staph infection, wrote me a prescription that she knows makes me very ill, and sent me on my way. No blood work done. Wouldn't waste your time.
Dr. Bauman has seen my folks since she started at Mercy Urbandale and I've accompanied them on several visits. Dr. Bauman is everything you could ever hope for in a family doctor: Very pleasant and easy to talk with. Warm, engaged, concerned, knowledgeable, and very attentive issues raised and always eager to get them resolved. She has great communications skills and always takes as much time as is needed. And she is surrounded by caring, helpful, courteous staff.
