Dr. Bourne was great! But how the billing was handled was HORRIBLE. Here's what I have a problem with when I gave my application and ID to the nurse to fill in my address, She INCORRECTLY entered the information wrong in the system, and left out my apartment number. Apparently, I was billed an invoice and it "returned to the sender", but never received not ONE email or phone call regarding this. You would think someone will contact you to verify your address. I am looking for a new Endo and came across Dr Bourne, I laugh because I had her like 20 years ago, she was terrible and I see so many feel the same. I only went to her maybe twice. So glad it wasn’t just me.
