Friendly staff & doctor was nice & easy to talk with.
I have been seeing Dr. Austin for about four/five years, and I truly feel very comfortable with her. As a woman, I believe it is very important to feel at ease with your gynecologist, and she has always made me feel that way. She is kind, professional, and takes the time to listen with genuine care. Her warm and respectful approach makes every visit a positive experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate gynecologist.
Requested bloodwork for help with diagnosis for extreme fatigue and significant weight gain over 2 year period. Dr. refused request even though checking for thyroid function, anemia and vitamin deficiency would be reasonable to screen out. Completely dismissive and spoke to me as if I was an idiot (did you try diet and exercise) as if a 55 year old woman isn't capable of being informed enough for such basic recommendations.
Dr Austin is absolutely amazing! I have been a patient of hers for over 15 years and she delivered 2 of my kids. My 1 was a rough delivery and I had to have emergency surgery and she kept running to the NICU to keep my husband in the loop! Always goes above and beyond xoxo
Dr Austin is the best! She is very kind & gentle. She has excellent bedside manner. She listens to her patients which to me indicates that it not just a job for her, she truly cares about her patients.That you don’t find very much anymore!!
