After sales service is appalling. No one bothers to ring you back even after weeks of following up and told someone will get back to you. Don’t I at least deserve the courtesy of a phone call to let me know what is happening. Not happy.
Our old concrete septic tank had run its race after 43 years. A new one was needed. Along with new upgraded connections to the new tank to meet new regulatory requirements was also completed. Old tank decommissioned along with much needed excavations. We would like to thank all the lads from Kimber plumbing along with Scotty Harth Earthworks for completing this project for us to perfection. Everything was finished off as if it were their own.
Quick response, Jake was a polite young man, however $216 did seem a bit excessive for a job that was done in under 20 minutes, but too their credit, it did block again within days and they came back and did a more thorough clearing of the pipe at no charge.
