I just adore Ramone and everyone here, they have always taken such good care of me, and my cars. Really, such kind gentleman working here. Thank you for fixing my car up so I can keep going with absolute certainy that my Jetta is in tip top shape!
The owner of this shop is incompetent &lazy. How can a mechanic "assess" a vehicle just by looking at tires turn right to left, left to right ?? He also stated the vehicle needed $3300 worth of electrical repairs . But how could you know that without running diagnostic codes? He also told me my car had 30 days left. Do you understand that's impossible to "gauge"? Yes without a real " mechanic " with experience!! I took my vehicle to a real shop and found it needed new front breaks and an outer tie rods .
