This is a terrible company to work for. They pay low wages and expect a minimum of 50hrs a week. But you will need all of the overtime you can get to make up for your low hourly rate. No jobsite bonuses no matter how high the profit margin is. They hire apprentices and let them run job sites so they can save money. New home built in April 2024. Had hvac issues in late summer/fall. They came out and sprayed off our unit saying there was building debris and topped off our coolant because it was low. Didn’t charge us just wanted to honor their work and business. Fast forward to June 2025 ecobee sent an alert saying there maybe a problem bc the temperature keeps raising even though the air conditioner is set at 69 degrees.
