Rick showed up when they said he would and replaced a warranty tub valve, that was dripping. He performed the work very quickly! I think it took him longer to provide and wear boot covers which shows he was respecting our home. Coming from another side of the trades, it's nice to see other tradesmen in the field doing good service.
One of the workers named Caden was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would recommend going elsewhere. These teens these days have no respect for their elders. The other employees seemed fairly respectful

Kimbel is the electric vendor for all of Raush Coleman. They use cheap parts and when your stove doesn’t work at all they say it isn’t an emergency and refused to send someone out even though they have a 24 hour emergency option.
