Unsafe and Unprofessional Behavior I haven’t personally used Kimbel Mechanical Systems’ services, but I’ve seen many other reviews mentioning rude or unprofessional behavior from their staff — and after what I experienced, I can see why. While driving on the freeway in the Knoxville area, one of their company trucks nearly ran me off the road. The young man who helped troubleshoot my HVAC was so kind and helpful which greatly made up for the lack of help I got from my homes builders.
I don't personally know how good your services are BUT I do know some of your employees are the most unprofessional out there! I don't care how clear OR congested a street is. Your employees do NOT have the right to block an entire neighborhood street & keep others from getting through so THEY can do the job they are getting paid to do. I sincerely hope those employees don't represent the whole of your company's standard of professionalism.
Apparently driving a a big truck with Kimbel on it allows you to disregard traffic laws. Ironic since “safety” is so important to them.
