We recently stayed at the Sanderling Resort and had dinner at Kimball’s for my birthday. The host took forever to greet us and the restaurant was not busy at all. Furthermore, anyone that thinks that the food is good here apparently has never been to an “Actual” five star restaurant. My husband and I both ordered the filet mignons. RecommendedWent to dinner here and had made reservations through the resort for 6pm went and when we got there, there wasnt a record of our reservation we were opted to have dinner at the bar but i wanted a romantic dinner with my wife, we were about to leave after being frustrated and the host gave us thr best seats for a sunset an amazing dinner and a complimentary dessert, everything was beyond excellent and the food was top notch, will return but will always double check on the reservation from now on
We are so disappointed that we tried to make a reservation two days in a row for our daughters 40th birthday to no avail. The first call to the operator said they were closed and she could take a reservation for 6, but didn’t want my credit card “floating around”. The next time, we were sent to voicemail for the restaurant. I left a message and no one ever called back. Poor customer service all the way around. I would hesitate to recommend to anyone.
