Flat out refused to do an oil change on my 2018 F-150 3.0 diesel truck. ??? Is this place a ford Diesel service station or not?? Very disappointing, I’ll be telling everyone not to bother calling them because they refused to service my ford Diesel!!
Cody took my truck that had been torn apart at another shop and got it running in about a week! The engine and transmission were both out of the truck and in various levels of disassembly. There were boxes of parts and pieces, but none of this phased them. After over a year of frustration and stupidity with another shop, I finally have my truck running and I will never take it anywhere else. Highly recommend this shop!
Hands down best Powerstroke shop in Middle TN. My wife puts 600 miles a week on her Excursion. We needed a discerning mechanic who was honest and also proactive. We told Cody of two leaks we were aware of LPOP and EBPV pedestal. Cody put together a plan and a detailed estimate. We decided to also add new body mounts at the same time and after a conversation decided with the turbo off we would do a WickedWheel2 and all the charge air boots. Best in the business. Cody has worked on all my personal trucks and work trucks. I refuse to go to a dealership or any other shop. You can’t beat this guy. Highly recommend
