Looks like this is a common hustle in the industry. A low price advertised and then a bait and switch in the end. Wasted a day waiting. The guy shows up with one machine. There are 2 options, a simple wet vacuum with no steam for the or the steam clean which is double the price. 2 small rooms and a hallway for $450. I was taken at the moment and ending up paying. Be clear with any service before they ever show up of what you are getting.
I scheduled a time for them to come clean our couch. They did not show. I called and they gave 2 different reasons for not showing up and scheduled for later in the day. When the person showed up, he was extremely rude and told us a price $250 more than what the person over the phone told us. He was extremely unprofessional and stormed out of our house. Each time I called the number I spoke with a different person and was told something different. Would not recommend to anyone.
Our carpet needed a good cleaning as it was full of stains and pet hair. Friends recommended Kimball Rug Cleaner and we called. They did a fantastic job. As if we bought a new carpet. It looks so nice now. They were professional and very experienced. We are very satisfied with the service. Thank you guys, we keep your number for next time.
We call them every 6 months to come clean our carpet at home, They do a wonderful job and will keep using them as long as I either live in Lynnfield!
This company went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for your hard and honest work. They did an excellent job on my carpets and even gave me a discount!Got all of the hard stains out of my carpets and left the house immaculate.Would totally use again!Excellent!
