I love Kimball Property Maintenance. They provide superior quality and fantastic communication. The employees are always pleasant and courteous. I was very upset to discover Kimball was purchased by a large nation wide company. I will miss the attention to detail and personal service Kimball provided.
A kimball truck hauled speeding past me and peppered my car with salt. I called and the boss told me I was full of it because the truck didn’t have salt in it but it happened and I have pics. He was super rude. Very unprofessional!
This is what we pay for for their snow removal if you are considering them for such a contract they are terrible and lazy don't waste your money
