After leaving the hospital last year, having had cevercal stenious surgery, I never spoke to him even till this day. It was always his intern. His nursing staff took forever returning my calls for meds being called in, I had to threaten to talk to Dr Phatt, who ony had is intern call me, I was in so much horrible pain! I did not like his bedside manner at all! I was told I needed the cervical steinous surgery ASAP while in the ER.(Baylor Scott and White) I should have done my home work. I thank God for getting me through one... read more

Dr. Pratt saved my husband's life. He is friendly and shares information readily. His PA Veronica is great as well. Recommend highly.
