Shady ass business that overcharges for the most simple hard ware. The sleazy salesman tried to sell me a quick connector for $20 when you can get them at the parts store for 4.50 a pop. Tried to justify his price with “Oh well we use 100% pure brass”. Be careful they will try to rip you off every chance you get and shit talk you while doing so… sorry ass failing business ain’t worth nun.

Over priced! gave the company a shot had another competition stop by and did price comparison. i will no longer be purchasing from K.M. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND reviewing pricing and look for a different company

Well I’ve worked for 2 different companies that used kimball Midwest and I do have to say that the sales people are where their problems are because the first company I worked for the sales person would bring in a lot more stuff than was ordered and we would say something to him about and he would always say he would take care of it until the bill came in and he never did take care it so we stopped using him but now as far as the other business I couldn’t ask for any better people to work with the lady that called on us woul... read more

horrible company. sold us products that were told to have lifetime warranty and when the drill bits broke they told me there is only a 30 day warranty on those particular items. i asked anna and rodrigo mutiple times to close my account as i can no longer do business with a company that lies to me just to make a sale. they assured me it was closed yet i found out today that it was still an active charge account. and now the rep that cold called me to make a sale is mad at me that im pissed off to find out the account is stil... read more
