The in-store staff were helpful in choosing my new flooring (carpet and vinyl plank). They also stuck to the time-line promised and honoured the quoted cost. Joel dropped off the vinyl plank prior to installation and consulted with me on direction of flooring and other details. He was incredibly respectful of my recently laid white carpet taking on/off his shoes with every load carried into the house. Joel and his staff were very professional. They quoted our flooring , and helped us with all the details. They went way beyond our expectations. They looked , and pointed out details the other firms did not even address. Our installer Brent was a perfectionist at his work. They stuck with the quoted price and installed well before the original delivery date. I would highly recommend this flooring company, Carpet One. I will use them again. ( I would give them 6 stars ).
