They tell you that your insurance will cover the cost but turn around and send you a bill for an outrageous amount. Why? Because they found out that they do not accept your insurance. So instead of you thinking your insurance is accepted because they told you they accept your insurance, it actually isn’t. Buyer Beware! I also assumed they were in the Better Business Bureau. They are not and have complaints under the BBB.

I've paid Kimball and Beecher THOUSANDS of dollars over a period of just a couple years doing a treatment plan they insisted I needed. I've always been a cash paying customer and in the midst of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC like most people finances are tight and instead of taking the circumstances into consideration they turn over my account to collections and drop me telling me they wont see me or finish my $10,000 treatment plan I owed a few hundred dollars on. RecommendedI'm a first-time patient. My hygienist, Megan, was ultra-patient with my nervousness, and was exceedingly gentle. She was kind and caring. I felt relaxed the entire time. Dr Lopshire was equally gentle and listened to all my concerns. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very caring. I already booked my next checkup.
