The doctors and staff are super friendly. The examinations are thorough and everything is explained very well. I have been taking my senior dog to Kimball for several years and never feel like I am being pressured to get unnecessary treatments. I highly recommend Kimball!
I had been with another clinic for more than 10 years. I discovered that I was being grossly overcharged on nearly every visit, compared to Kimball. After ONE visit to Kimball Animal Hospital, they made me feel more appreciated than I ever did at our previous place. Sadly, we lost our oldest dog this past week. The staff sent us a sympathy card, which everyone signed! We were shocked and very touched by their gesture. Needless to say, we have a new veterinarian clinic!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rivas and his staff! Dr. Rivas was so comforting when it came time to lay our yellow lab,Maxie, to rest. They gave all the time we needed with our girl. Never once tried to rush us... even made a Christmas ornament out of her paw print! Thank you all so much for your compassion!

Love this vet. They never try to pressure you into anything after making their recommendations. Exams are worth the price, they are very thorough!

My heart is still full after today's experience! My eyes are still as red as ever from crying! Our 7 day old pup was so close to not making it (turning blue and all) when this amazing animal hospital SAVED HIS LIFE! I couldn't be more thankful! I haven't cried as much as I did over a animal... Thank you to everyone at Kimball who helped with my puppy's spay today! All the staff took wonderful care of her and you can really tell they are all there to help! The staff was very informative. Dr. Hill and Dr. Revira are very personable and great to work with. I picked her up about 5 hours ago and she is doing GREAT! Thanks again for taking great care of Lily! :)
