I don’t do this much, but I have to give a shout out to Kimball Animal Hospital for a wonderful first visit. It was my first solo trip with a dog and baby and it could not have gone more perfectly (aside from Arlo being sick). Arlo is high anxiety dog, so trips to the vet never go well, but with Kimball being a Fear Free certified vet the staff knew how to approach Arlo and make him feel as comfortable as he could. Thank you again Kimball for taking care of Arlo and sending us home with a framed picture! We will be back!!
The crew at Kimball can’t be beat as far as friendliness, cleanliness and efficiency is concerned. Fortunately I haven’t had a serious illness or injury to deal with at this point, but go regularly for nail trims, etc., so I feel I can attest to the good service at Kimball.
I’m sure the new docs are great, Kimball Sr killed my dogs, he let my beloved Shelby suffer for a week on medication that he knew wouldn’t work for CANCER!! All because she growled at him, dogs know good people I should’ve known then, he killed her sister 4 weeks later who had the same symptoms and yet again my lab growled at him and he let her die. Staff are all so friendly & my crazy puppy that looks like an adult dog always has good behavior with them! They have the touch!
Wonderful enviroment. Compassionate staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Miss Miya and Mr Rico loves going to visit everyone. Fear free exams as well.
