I'm giving 5 stars for our personal experience, but please be aware that it will definitely depend on who you rent from. We rented through Airbnb and stayed in Unit 104. Our host was Jojo. Her unit was beautiful, clean, and renovated. Plus she was kind and communicated very well. However, we met two other families on the beach who stayed in Kima but rented through a different host and they had a completely different experience... Great place on the beach with plenty of food and attractions within walking distance. Pool is also heated and large storage lockers for beach gear. Booked on Airbnb and can not recommend this place enough!
501 was very filthy. There were empty liquid ant killer literally sealed to the kitchen counter. The kitchen was so filthy There was grime and gunk and dead bugs on everything, inside the drawers,the cabinets the stove. When I contacted the host they messaged “sorry for the inconvenience. I can give you some extra coupons.” The host never came over nor did the host call or offer to help clean up. They did eventually offer a cleaning fee refund.
