I can't recommend her enough. I walked into the salon feeling like a complete mess—with orange hair, a random bald spot, postpartum hair loss, and honestly so self-conscious that I didn't even want to leave the house. From the second I sat in her chair, she made me feel comfortable, never judged, and treated me with so much kindness. I had my hair done using a Groupon and she over charged me. Left color all around my head, let it turn late to the point she couldn't see and said she couldn't afford the lighting in the studio but forgot to bring her lamp. No where near the ashy color I asked for and was condescending said I was crazy and charged me like twice as much as I had paid for Groupon than claimed I was harassing her because I told her I wanted the extra money she charged me for above the Groupon that would cover cut/gloss and highlights not even t... read more
Amazing Experience, Can't wait to go back. Kim is a stylist that listens understands and educates!! My hair needed a fresh look. She gave me beautiful dimensions & golden highlights! .Not to mention a perfect cut and blowout. I purchased a Groupon for a full highlight and haircut. After submitting photos of my current hair and the caramel highlights I wanted, I was told I would need an additional gloss treatment for $90. I have had highlights done before and have never been told a gloss was a required step. What was most frustrating was that after scheduling my appointment, I was informed 10 min. before the appointment that the salon would not honor the Groupon services and that I should request a refund from Groupon.
