Kim always shows that she has my best interest at heart. Her knowledge of the market can't be beat.
Kim was phenomenal to work with. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. She was always very prompt and patient with our many questions and undoubtedly unique home buying/selling situation. She made what is an incredibly stressful (yet exciting) time seem simple. She was always available to provide solutions and reassurance when needed and was an absolute dream. Her husband, Rick, was also available to help out, which only added to the experience. If/when we buy/sell again, there’s no question who I would use - Kim!
My husband and I were first time home buyers who met with Kim at the suggestion of some good friends. 20 minutes after I first contacted her we had a zoom meeting where she explained the entire home buying process to us. We went under contract quickly and she was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We would recommend her to anyone!
