Excellent home-buying experience! Kim shepherded me through the intricacies of the labyrinthine paperwork process in just a few days. She also got me a great deal on closing costs, which in this case were borne mostly by the seller. I am very happy with Kim's patient labor on my behalf.
Kim worked really hard to help us find the right house. When we weren't asking her about houses that we had seen on the market, she was sending us info & photos of properties that would be coming onto the market in the near future. She put in a lot of time (and mileage!) as we searched a majority of the Greater Kansas City area. North to Holt, South to Louisburg, East to Greenwood and West to Lawrence!!
