Horrible company, ripped bags leaves trash behind and complains about bags being to heavy. Then ask that every box be broken down. I've had trash service for 15 years of being in a home between 3 different locations and 2 different trash companies. By far the worse and customer service. Call and tell the lady she will suggest finding another company and hang up on you. Only giving 1 star because I had too to leave a review.

Wow so they stopped picking my trash up because she said card wouldn't go through and she had been trying to call me. She was calling the wrong number and still have not figured out why the card did not go through. So I told her that was fine I would go with someone else and she all the sudden caught an attitude as if I planned this whole thing. Very rude and unprofessional business!!!!!

Terrible terrible people and even worse service. The driver is rude, throwing our own trash cans. We called and Kim of Kim Wee Haul "NOTHING" and she is about the most unprofessional and rude as they come. And who leaves positive reviews for themselves. Below is the peon driver Fred, the helper Eli and the owner Kim. We used to ride motorcycles in the same group and even her friend Brenda left a review and they don't even provide service in her and Mike's area. We missed September payment because I got a new card. She has since canceled my services because “we live too far out of the way of the route” when she told me when I started the service that she picks up trash in the vicinity. And still had the audacity to 1)mail an invoice demanding payment and 2) not call me to tell me services were canceled… kept trying to charge the old card. Terrible business, I suggest somewhere else for trash pick up. Literally anywhere.
