This woman is extremely unprofessional, seemingly judgmental and lacks empathy. Not great traits to have for someone working with people struggling with mental illness. I reached out to her via email last week requesting an appointment to begin therapy. She told me she would call on Monday. I said great, I will look out for your call, thanks. No call on Monday. This review cannot explain how disappointed I am with the mental health profession. I'm a teacher and a parent. I inquired through my health care plan and was backed by my physician to reach out to this professional. We wonder why so many devastating things are happening in schools and society in general, but if mental health professionals won't return phone calls in a timely manner what are you to expect.
