Dr. Tran told me she wouldn’t order testing for me. She said “insurance wouldn’t pay for it.” That was the last straw. My current doctor had no problems ordering it AND insurance did indeed pay for it. I have no idea why she was so difficult. If I continued to stay with Dr. Tran I would forever be sick. She is clearly a doctor that will not fight for your health. She is very complacent
Dr Tran was wonderful. She answered all my questions, didn't rush me, offered good suggestions to help my issue, and all in a very friendly manner. She also was kind enough to fit me in for a last minute cortisone shot at my physical today when my orthopedic couldn't fit me in this month. I was very appreciative and I'm very happy to have her as my doctor.😊
I had a severe vitamin d deficiency that Dr. Tran said to take an incredibly low dose to correct. I tried reaching out to her via the portal saying it wasn’t working and I felt terrible and asked for a mega dose. I was refused. 14 months later I retested and at the dose she told me to take I only raised my level a few points, still making me very deficient and VERY sick. My new doctor (without me saying anything) has me taking a larger dose to correct this. The last 14 months have been awful due to her medical care.
