I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, and the office confirmed they accepted Tricare and even took my insurance ID. However, just 10 minutes before my appointment, I was told they do not take Tricare patients. At 27 weeks pregnant, this has caused me unnecessary stress and difficulty finding another doctor. This situation could have been avoided if I had been informed earlier. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
