She did an AMAZING job on my wedding gown. It needed to be taken in several inches and have a bustle added. It now fits like a glove. She has fair prices and got the work done within a week! Another seamstress was asking for 6x the amount that she was for the same services. Beautiful work. My sister came with me and will be returning with her bridesmaid’s dress.
I waited until the last two weeks before the wedding and Kim was able to not only alter my dress, but do two rounds of alterations! I’ve never had a dress fit this well. I absolutely loved the fit (not so much the color, but that was the bride’s choice!). Kim worked quickly and did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing alterations
I had such an amazing experience at Kim the Tailor. I was traveling home to Michigan for a wedding and upon trying on my bridesmaid dress realized I desperately needed it hemmed. Despite having a turnaround time of literally the next morning when I would be leaving the area - she did an amazing job! I would’ve expected to pay a high amount considering I was asking someone to hem a dress for me in 12 hours but the price was extremely reasonable. Kim was very nice, had my wedding dress ready when she said was going to and it was reasonably priced
Super reasonable with pricing and great turnaround time. My wedding is in 20 days, and she has done my dress, my fiance's pants, and my sister's bridesmaid dress. It was a 2 week turnaround for my dress, and a week for the pants and bridesmaid dress. Will definitely be coming back when I have more tailoring needs!
