ABSOLUTE GEM ALERT!!!!! I'm Chinese and grew up there. Dad's hometown in Teow Chew. This place is the most authentic crispy pork and roast duck I've ever had in my 10 years after moving to OC. The rice noodle broth is as close as possible to the one in Shantou stands. This is my go-to now. 这么正宗美味的脆皮烧肉和烧腊还有粿条汤，到美国十年第一次吃到，好感动。味道吊打那些早茶店十条街。老板娘很好说话很亲切。找好吃烧腊的话一定来这家试试！
Great Chinese food, excellent service! One if the few places that still serve deep-fried flounder.
