I’m a homeowner and I’ve lived in the area for over 20 years. I’ve even bought from this jewelry store in the past. But I went recently and I was treated very poorly & I felt that I was discriminated against, due to me being African American. I called on the phone, about getting a ring resized, was told to come in, because “they didn’t understand me” but when I did, they waited a few minutes before buzzing me in, and I was told rudely that they don’t do that!! This is not an honest place to buy jewelry. I had a bad experience with how they handled pricing and service. I felt misled and the owner was not transparent about their policies. Be careful and ask everything clearly before you buy.
