I am so happy I found this place! I had a dozen watches to clean and change batteries and they did such a great job! Later on I brought them some jewelry to fix and I also bought a beautiful delicate white gold chain ! They couldn’t be nicer and more service centric!
Came here to fix my chain. They were friendly and got the job done quickly!
Staff is so rude and acted offended that I was there? Gladly took my business elsewhere and ended up picking up multiple 24k gold pieces down the street from a store with exceptional customer service and much better prices to boot! Shop around the area for other gold jewelry stores as there are more deserving minority businesses to support.
Whatever you do, take pictures and document everything in detail before giving them anything to fix. We brought a 24k gold chain in to fix the clasp. When returned the clasp was switched to an 18k gold clasp. They wouldn’t admit it or give the old clasp back. Not trustworthy at all.
