My mom has been going to Dr Tran’s office for two years and it’s been pleasant for the two years. My mom had to find a new PCP from a rude encounter so I’m thankful she found Dr. Tran. It helps that Dr. Tran speaks Vietnamese so it’s easier for my mom to feel comfortable enough to go alone for appointments. She also isn’t dismissive and will sit there and listen to your chief complaints without dismissing any of your concerns.
