Do better..
First off, I read the reviews and the wait time, but it was so hard to find a pediatric ENT that I decided to bite the bullet and went ahead with the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that I was called in w/in 10 minutes of my appointment time. My appointment was a simple one so I cannot say much about the quality of care for complicated problems but for us, we were in and out and got the treatment she needed with the care and professionalism I had hoped for.
몇년전 오래 기다렸어도 스탭분들이 친절하셨던 기억이 있습니다. 하지만 최근에 예약잡으려고 연락했는데 그때 전화받으신분, 짜증에 하대하는 말투시더라구요. 환자로써 보험정보는 물어볼수 있는거 아닌가요? 걍 다른데 갈려구요.
환자를 1시간이상 기다리게하는 병원…왜 진료 예약을 받는지 모르겠네요.
Great end to end experience with Dr. Kim. He does a great job with patient care. I would highly recommend to anyone.
