I worked with Kim Smith for a mortgage loan and she was absolutely excellent. She was patient, responsive and worked with me to identify the loan product that would work for us based on all of our criteria. I tried out 3 other lenders and Kim gave us the best deal by far. I highly recommend working with her and her team at SECU. She even followed up with her colleagues on our behalf if we felt we didn't get a quick response. So thankful!

Kim is a professional with a big heart and a delight to work with! She made my loan process seem so effortless!! I was nervous when I applied, particularly because I wasn’t working at the time. Going through Refinance is a good process but not always an easy one. I had the Great Blessing to have Mortgage loan Officer Kim Smith and her team work on my husband & my behalf. Kim Smith was so kind, always making sure I understood the step by step process that was needed to secure this loan.
