Booked a last minute pedicure the other day. Explained that I was recovering from knee surgery and would not be able to put one foot in the pedicure bowl as to my bending ability. The gentleman who provided the pedicure was incredible. He was very patient, careful and took his time with this service. Always asking me if I was OK. I will certainly be back!!
I used to love going to Kim’s Bonsai for pedicures, but after today I will not be back. Quality has gone way down. Quite unfortunate.
Made an appointment 10 days ago for this afternoon at 5pm for a liquid gel fill. They call me at 2:50pm asking for a $25 deposit to hold my appointment. Are they kidding?
