Kim was a co-listing agent on our recent home sale on Wheeler Lake on the Tennessee River. Kim did a great job for us. We were selling a higher end home in a somewhat stagnant market. Kim employed several ideas to keep the listing fresh and gain exposure in a wide market area. She was a great professional agent to work with throughout the selling process. We definitely recommend Kim and would use her again.

Kim is absolutely amazing. She knew it would be a challenge to find a home that would qualify for a VA loan in my price range, but she still took me as a client, when others wouldn't even call me back. She communicated perfectly and made me feel like I was her only client. I will definitely call her if I need a real estate agent in the future.
