I really cannot say enough about how well Kim handled the sale of my brothers house. My brother passed away and I was placed as executor of his estate. I live about 120 miles away so trying to sell a house from out of town is very challenging. At every turn or issue Kim had an answer and took it upon herself to get things rolling for me from arranging contractors for various project to keeping everyone in the loop on where we were with the sell.
