Dr. Richert carefully examined my physical complaints. Each issue was addressed with compassion and competence using the data from a recent MRI and comparing that data to lived experience. She explained the surgical options with both probable positive outcomes and possible negative consequences or poor outcomes. Even after surgery she continued to monitor progress and offer advice. Communication was excellent. We were well informed. I consider this to be a model of a doctor patient encounter.
A loved one died under the false assumption that this monster knew what she was doing.
I was beyond impressed with Dr Rickert.I've had many Doctors in the Health Care system but I've never had one that took the time in detail and explained things the way she did at my very recent appt.She is without a doubt an asset to the Robert Packer Neurolgy Dept.Hopefully she is around awhile.She now has a new patient and it was well worth my time and drive for my appt.Dr Rickert you are amazing we need more Dr's like you.
