I've had nothing but the positive experience with Jessica Kim and her practice. Jess is a wonderful, patient, and compassionate provider. She supported my family through incredibly challenging times, ensuring we have access to therapies and services. She is proactive in expending her practice to ensure mental health services are available without ridiculous waiting times, cancellations and unfair practices of academic medical centers of Boston. I am very happy we found Kim Psychiatric Services when we did.
Jessica Kim is a fantastic provider who is always professional, caring, and punctual when it comes to concerns/medication refills. Over the course of many years, I have witnessed her dedication in going the extra mile and showing incredible compassion towards her clients. Highly recommend.
Terrible Experience trying to get help for my daughter...Don't waste your time and money with Kim Psychiatric. I first met with Kim Psychiatric myself, paid for my visit to explain the challenges with my daughter and to seek help/intervention. My teenage daughter was skipping school, ignoring authority, failing classes and making bad decisions. NEGETIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! If you ever need help don't go here. WORST PLACE EVER. They NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS and YOU ARE THE ONE THEY BLAME. I got a "I don't know who dropped the ball but...." Your OFFICE DID. And the snickering on the phone and saying you can get added to a waitlist now because it two weeks to try to get someone to call me back by reaching out to Jessica on Facebook! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
IGNORE SAD ATTEMPT BY OFFICE TO DISCREDIT MY CONCERN!! By far the most unprofessional practice I have ever dealt with. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find yourself better treatment, this office is only going to make things worse! We have good doctors (majority are good) and bad ones ... my advice find your self a good one and don't look here for it. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT MY NAME AS I WANT TO KEEP MY INFORMATION PRIVATE!!
