Very unprofessional and porely managed. Kim is a nice guy and I've had a session with him but he's literally the only physical therapist at this place. He does everyone's appointment so It's a one man show. I had an appointment at 2 pm and was stuck in a room for an hour with not any human interaction. an hour after that I came out of the room because I was starting to get pain. I saw my dad whose my ride. He said "all finished?" And I told him "they haven't even gotten to me yet" he just went in a room to start with the app... read more
