Kim is the best.
I was referred to Kim Phillips after a bad experience with extensions. Not only was her install work flawless but the haircut blended my hair seamlessly. The salon is so pretty which makes the overall experience feel very upscale. Kim was so personable and professional, I won't ever need to go anywhere else.
