Dr. Shershel is a good doctor. He took great care of me years ago but now the office is Terrible! Incompetent I took my doctor first I made an appointment to see Dr. Shershel for her,well the change did the appointment to the nurse practitioner and never let me know, then when I got there with her a month later they said they could not see her... because her insurance wasn't changed I had to sit on the phone in the office to change it ok.... now the nurse practitioner did not know what she was doing I had to tell her to give... read more
When you call here to make an appointment good luck on getting anyone to even answer the phone. If they do, they are rude, condescending, clueless and leave you on hold and never come back. I'm looking for a new doctor which is a shame as Dr. Scherschel is a good doctor & I've went to him for a lot of years. But the people you have to deal with to actually see him is in a word....ridiculous!
