We love Kim pediatric Dentistry. My mom took us and kids and now I take my kids. They are quick and show aloha and care.
My daughter’s experience with Dr. Chun exceeded our expectations. She went in for a consult about a month ago and was hesitant at first, so we postponed her frenectomy until today. The procedure was so quick and it really boosted my daughter’s confidence and trust when it comes to dentists. The procedure was explained to the both of us and Dr. Chun was so patient with guiding us through the process and answering our questions.
Kim’s communication is lacking in this customer service medical field. Would have given 1 star. Thank goodness Dr. Chun is part of this practice. Issue: post exam way forward (Kim’s explanation) did not match what procedure run through that was covered (Dr Chun) when we returned for what we expected. When asked elaborating questions post exam, Kim felt put off and annoyed.
So patient and gentle with my kids!
The whole staff was really lovely, especially Dr. Chun. I was so nervous to bring my child in as i was scared we would be judged and made to feel bad for the issue my kid was dealing with but he was so kind and informative, didnt rush me when i was explaining the situation or my concerns and made us feel very safe and reassured. I couldnt be happier to have chosen this office as my kid’s first dentist. Also, i want to add that the whole place was so clean and had beautiful koa furniture everywhere. Loved it
