The hygienists and dentists really make the kids feel comfortable. My sons favorite part would be their dog who comes to visit.
We love Kim pediatric Dentistry. My mom took us and kids and now I take my kids. They are quick and show aloha and care.
My daughter’s experience with Dr. Chun exceeded our expectations. She went in for a consult about a month ago and was hesitant at first, so we postponed her frenectomy until today. The procedure was so quick and it really boosted my daughter’s confidence and trust when it comes to dentists. The procedure was explained to the both of us and Dr. Chun was so patient with guiding us through the process and answering our questions.
Kim’s communication is lacking in this customer service medical field. Would have given 1 star. Thank goodness Dr. Chun is part of this practice. Issue: post exam way forward (Kim’s explanation) did not match what procedure run through that was covered (Dr Chun) when we returned for what we expected. When asked elaborating questions post exam, Kim felt put off and annoyed.
So patient and gentle with my kids!
