Purchased a refurbished washer and dryer from Kim and Paul’s via recommendation of a friend who has purchased several appliances from them spanning 3 decades. It was a very good recommendation. The selection and buying experience was efficient, professional, and pleasant. They worked extra hard to make the delivery date materialize without delay. Piss poor place, their vehicle passed me on the right, almost hitting me just to turn on the next street!!
I called and explained in detail the issue with our Samsung Washing machine and the error code of 5C, issue was not draining and we would probably need a new pump, waited till the following week for Al to come and look. Al was over 45 min late and did not call. He came out to the house and turned the washer on to make sure it was cycling on, he agreed with us that it was not pumping water and then said that the part is not in stock and some people have been waiting years for the pump.
