Extremely poor service and quality. I’ve had to return twice because a diamond fell out of a setting I bought here. The old woman assisting me was curt and rude; she even walked away mid-conversation to help someone else without telling me when the jeweler would be back to repair my ring. I felt disrespected and it clearly shows they don’t value long term customers once the sale is final.
My mom shop here and was look down upon based on her appearance. The lady stairs at you and treats you with no respects at all and was really rude for no apparent reason.
